Our Staff

Pastor Rick and his family came to TFBC in 2018. He is the teaching and preaching pastor of our congregation. His main goal in life is to see people come to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and then see them actively involved in growing in and living out their Christian faith. Rick enjoys reading, fishing and playing guitar as hobbies. Reading titles of his favorite authors C.S Lewis, T.K Chesterton, and N.T Wright

Bro. Tony leads our students and our worship ministry. He desires to see students come to know Christ and grow in a relationship with him. He also desires to see people come together in worship and singing praises to the Lord. Bro. Tony is married to his wife Rhonda, and have two daughters who are both married. Tony is also quite the outdoors man, especially when it comes to hunting and  fishing. However his yellow labs ,Bella and Macy, are his most enojoyable hobby

Todd has always called Troy First Baptist home, and is humbled to be able to lead the same ministry he was once a part of.  Todd's mission is for students to gain a longing relationship with Christ, and to equip them to build disciples. Todd graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in December of 2019 with a degree in Health and Human Performance . He is graduating with his masters in Christian Education from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary this May. Outside of the office you can find him golfing, fishing, or playing his guitar.

Troy First Baptist is home to her. She gave her heart to Jesus at the age of seven at Vacation Bible School. She’s seen TFBC grow and flourish by the grace of God in many ways. In 2016, she received her B.S. in Leadership & Cultural Studies from the University of Mobile. God led her to this position in 2017 when she and her husband, Casey, moved back home after being away for a few years. They now have a beautiful baby girl, Gabby, who joined them on Mother’s Day 2019! 
Morgan’s mission as the Children’s Director at TFBC is to introduce the love of Jesus to the lives of the children and lead them into a relationship with Him. Her desire is to see them have a love for God and others around them.

Bio

Megen is married to Zach, and have three wonderful sons, Peyton, Porter, and Greyson. She is a lifelong member of TFBC and also is a 2nd grade teacher at Hillcrest Elementary here in Troy. Before becoming the Preschool Director, Megen had also served in our extended sessions rotation and served as a Sunday school teacher since 2004. Megen loves to play outside with her boys, fishing with her husband, and being with family.
